We absolutely respect your right to privacy. At gigglygear, we only collect the information necessary to fulfill your order or contact you about the status of your order. This information is not used for any other purpose such as being sold, re-used, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to a third party.

ordering Online

Credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Missouri residents are subject to a 7.325% sales tax. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.

All gigglygear online purchases take place in a secure and safe environment using the latest security and ecommerce technology. The SSL encryption we use for our e-commerce is 128 bit, the industry standard. gigglygear uses SSL to certify our online identity. For more information, please read our "Commitment to Data Security" below.

shipping & handling

We ship most orders within 4 business days. If there is a delay in shipment you will be notified via email. All orders are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) and include package tracking and automatic receipt on arrival with a compensation coverage up to $100.00.

returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please email us or call within 7 days of receiving merchandise. Returned merchandise must be shipped back to gigglygear within 14 days of original customer delivery date. All items must be unused, unwashed and unworn. The customer is responsible for return postage and original shipping charges cannot be refunded except if merchandise is deemed to be defective. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit. We endeavor to handle all returns within 5-10 working days.

exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item please see 'Returns' section. A new order must be placed by the customer for the replacement item(s) unless merchandise is deemed to be defective. In such a case, the replacement item(s) will be set aside for 10 days until merchandise is received back.

commitment to data security

All credit card details are stored in an encrypted format on our secure database and automatically deleted after we complete your order (typically 1 business day). We encrypt your card number using triple DES which is the highest in the industry. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read. No credit card information will ever be sent via email.

All digital information is kept in a secure firewalled server environment. Only authorized personnel have access to this area.
